30-Day No-Risk Money-Back Guarantee is limited to subscriptions that do not include a free trial of 7 days or longer and are purchased directly from Pimsleur.com or via its customer service call-center. This offer is valid only during the first thirty days of the initial subscription period and not any renewal (if applicable). Products not purchased directly from Pimsleur.com, including those purchased from Apple or Google via in-app purchasing from the Pimsleur app, are not covered by this policy. Gift subscriptions and any subscription offered with a free trial of 7 days or more – including both recurring subscriptions (e.g., monthly or annual plans) and fixed-term, non-recurring subscriptions (e.g., lifetime subscriptions) – are all ineligible as well.

To request your refund, you must call 1-800-831-5497 (US/Canada) or email within 30 calendar days of purchase of your order. Please have your original order number in hand or included in your email request. To be eligible for a refund, you will need to print, sign and fill out a sworn declaration form that we will supply to you (including first and last name, order date, order number and contact information) stating that you are the original purchaser and that you have not made recordings or copies of the product or retained any copies, nor have you authorized anyone else to do so. You must obtain a declaration from Simon & Schuster/Pimsleur before you can receive a refund under this policy. The completed and signed declaration needs to be returned by email within 7 calendar days of receipt. Refunds provided pursuant to this guarantee will be processed as a credit of the purchase price (plus applicable sales tax charged) to the payment method with which the item was purchased. Allow 4-6 weeks from Simon & Schuster/Pimsleur’s receipt of the required declaration for the refund to be processed. This policy may be applied to a maximum of one (1) purchase transaction per customer.

FOR CONSUMERS WHO ARE COVERED BY CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS IN THEIR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR, IF DIFFERENT, THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS GUARANTEE ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES CONVEYED BY SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
